What materials do you use?
I work with solid gold in 14k and higher carat weights.
My focus is on natural colored gemstones and diamonds, which I value for their unique textures and hues not currently found in lab-grown alternatives.
However, I understand that there may be specific situations where clients may prefer lab-grown stones, and I am open to discuss this option for custom work.
Can you reuse my gold?
Solid gold from existing jewelry may be applied toward your project as a material credit. Gold is credited at 30% below the market rate at the time of weighing. Credit is applied toward the final project total.
Can I provide my own stones?
I do not accept loose stones or stones purchased independently by clients. Heirloom stones set in jewelry may be repurposed for sentimental reasons on a case-by-case basis.
How long will custom work take?
8-12 weeks, depending on complexity of your project.
How does ring sizing work?
Several resin printed models of your piece will be mailed to you to try on and review in person before final production commences.
Will my custom piece be replicated for others?
Tier 3 bespoke projects are true one-of-a-kind pieces that will not be replicated or adapted for others and is priced accordingly. Tier 1 and 2 projects may be adapted for other clients.
How many edits can I make?
The number of revisions will be provided in your project quotation, and any additional revisions required will be subject to charges.
How does aftercare work?
I insure accent stone repairs for 1 year. Center stones are not insured and you are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance coverage once receiving your pieces. Custom pieces are strictly non-refundable.
How does payment work?
For projects below $8000usd, a full, non-refundable payment of the work is required before any formal work begins.
For projects above $8000usd, a non-refundable deposit 50% of the quote for the project is required before any formal work begins.
